Will Her Christmas Be Crap dontgetit: Interesting conversation with my 10 year old tonight....Her mother has decided that Friday night is a good night to get together with her to give her gifts.........Not Christmas eve or Christmas day (we are assuming she is going somewhere)...
So my daughter asked me if she thought her mother would have a lousy Christmas this year because the only family she has now is the OM (we live thousands of miles from extended family)....
So what do you people think....
Re: Will Her Christmas Be Crap ChiefWiggum: I don't have kids, so I don't know for sure... but I don't think it's good to use the word "lousy" and "your mom" together with your 10 year old. Plus, I'm sure she is going to have fun.
In the future she will realize what she did and feel lousy, but not right now. It's sickening, I know. Ugh.
Re: Will Her Christmas Be Crap BONILLAK: I sure don't know how your wifes Xmas will be but as cold hearted as I am with how my stbxh is treating my kids, I hope both have a lousy Xmas. Parents should be spending the holidays with their children. these parents will regret their foolish decisions one day. My Xmas will be great as I will be with my kids who will be happy with all Santa has brought....I know deep inside they will also want their Dad but they know I have tried everything in my power to no avail.
Re: Will Her Christmas Be Crap dontgetit: lousy was my daughters choice of word not mine...

I don't think you should support her saying that.
Anyhow, I hope you and your daughter have a great Christmas!
