Re: sheer terror to see x...why? sylvia3113: I can relate in a way to this. I don't have anxiety over seeing my ex-husband when I am sure he is alone, but I am paralyzed with anxiety over accidentally running into him and the skank whore while out and about.
I have never laid eyes on the woman and the last thing on this earth that I want to happen is to run into her with him. I'm sure it won't be near as bad as i imagine it will be, but it makes me hide in my house and calculate my every move outside these four walls.
I know it's sickening and I am allowing her to have this power over me, but I'm stuck. And I'm already on anti-depressants, I guess anti-anxiety meds are next for me.........
