Re: Why the ... JNA: One step forward and two steps back...It always works that way when healing

Sorry for that...

Just take solace in the fact that most of the bad times are over and the ones in the future will be "much" more easy do deal with

When I was going through the mess it seemed like it faded in and out then back a forth for a time...

Then there came a "Calm"...

When you reach the calm...You will no you are all the way there

It was said one time that "Nothing worth having comes easy"...

Well healing from these events in life is "worth" having

Today is one day...Tomorrow will be totally different promise...

Stay Strong

There's nothing wrong with you!  You had a bad day and it tripped you up a few steps.  That's it.

smoked a half a pack of cigarettes and drank most the bottle of Captain Morgan someone so generously left for me[/quote">
Next time I'll take your friggin cigarettes with me!

Do what you need to for the rest of the night... Then go to bed and start again tomorrow.  You have the chance to make it day 1 again tomorrow...

Hang in there, you're stronger than you know.

Because it drives us "Nuts" if we don't ask...

Re: Why the ... alonewith2: so we don't regret later not asking?!!

or perhaps because we are hoping the answer will be different...
Re: Why the ... yella: We are filled with curiosity, and it's what drives us.

We want to know because deep down inside, there is a lesson that needs learning. Sometimes it hurts us more to know, but those are the times when the lesson is pretty clear.

So, try to take stock in the fact that you have an opportunity to learn something, and change something too.

Like JNA and the others have said, this is a set back, but it's only one on your road to recovery.

Now, put down the bottle, douse the cigarettes (they're BAD for you!), and look for the lesson in this. Once you can see it, things will get a little better, and you'll find the set backs lessen.

You're my Jaded girl, you're strong, you're funny, and you help keep us going. Don't lose yourself now. You hear me?!
