Mediation Blue's TAKEN4RIDE: My God please give me the patience. Just when I start to feel better! a session of mediation brings me down. tonight I had to sit with mediator and stbx and be told that if I even look at my cheating ex "THE WRONG WAY" she will get an order of protection and I will be forcefully removed by the the police from MY HOME!.... You have to love the laws. I'll admit I make comments here and there, BUT SHE'S A CHEAT! AND I NEED TO VENT!!!!!!!!!! She asked for it. If she dosnt like it she should move out right? I have to sit there pay this guy $350.00 an hour to basically threaten me the entire session with nothing else resolved. And this is our fourth session, something is telling me we are going to be at this for a while.

It can really get under your skin for sure
The best thing too do though is to "Never let them see you sweat"...Remain calm...cool and collected no matter what the situation
It lets you have a clearer head to think straight and burns them up "really" ok...
