Re: HELP!!! I think a spider bit me..... LifeisBetter: OK, I called and I got an appt for after work tonight. I also called my friend who is a nurse and she said it could be infected since it hurts so bad and if I don't get some medicine I could end up on an IV drip.

Re: HELP!!! I think a spider bit me..... PiscesGoddess: I had the exact same thing happen to me..same symptoms! I would go ahead and get checked out by the doc..but I believe they just told me to take benedryl because it sounds like an allergic reaction to the bite...
But please go ahead and have the doc look at it..could probably be a different kind of spider than the one that bit me..and of course I am by far not a dr! ;D
