I did the same exact thing when I found my wife was cheating on me and I read a whole years worth at 1 sitting and was mortified. I could not believe this was the mother of our children. and no matter how hard I would try to resist not reading into them anymore, I found myself trying to put all the pieces to the puzzle together. luckily she used a program to erase everything. I'm sure I am coping a little better now not reading that crap. :o I know its hard to resist but definitly stay away from that sh*t.... it's lethal Good Luck!
