Re: to be or not to be... phairestofthemall: Ughhhhhh.... OK I don't have kids FYI, and it sucks but I gotta say, do bend over backwards in this and all other things for the child's sake foremost.  Granted you don't have to and shouldn't cater unreasonably to your stbx, but, bottom line is he doesn't want her there right now, and if you send her anyway she'll be ignored at best while he sleeps or at worst catch some of his misdirected anger at you for not picking up his slack.
Re: to be or not to be... alonewith2: Okay, the plan was for him to pick up both kids from daycare at 4pm and then bring them here.  (because he said he wanted to spend some time with Patrick teaching him how to play his guitar, etc).  Then when I came home at 5pm, he would take Riley to his place until 8:30pm.  Then he'd pick her back up Sat at noon.

Well, I had to leave work early yesterday since I wasn't feeling well.  I got home at 3:45pm.  He didn't show up with the kids until 4:45pm.  Then he just dropped off Patrick (who was upset since his "step" didn't want to help him on his guitar....).  He brought Riley back at 8 pm and said he'd be over to get her Sat at 12:30pm......

So let's just change the times by 1/2 hour - 45 mins.......!!!!!!  He really irks me.  I give in to help him out, but he just tries to take more......
