She readily agreed (if I filed No0Fault) and then never showed up. She wanted to take things one day at a time. She needed to focus on her!! (LOL) I klet it go because she has now past the expiration point of alimony. We both moved from an alimony state to a non-alimony stae so now I am in the clear for that.

Push it through. Whether she shows up or not. How is that being unpeaceable? Does she expect you to give her a ride to the courthouse? Now's the time to do things for yourself. It's good to keep the peace for the munchkins' sake but to what degree? Maybe you consider her too much...

If you want a divorce then just go do it - forget what she might do (she will probably do nothing)....
If custody is an issue let the courts figure it out - you are the childs father and you have rights....
I am just not sure that there can be such a thing as a peaceful divorce - it is such an emotional experience that most people become polorized....
