For the first time since i went to see the military lawyer in SC, i'm seeing a civilan lawyer here in wv. About drawing up seperation papers. But i have to be honest with you, i'm a little scared. because I still have that strand of hope inside of me that he will change or that things will change. I know he's told me that he wants this legal seperation, but his words and actions do two completely different things. Its like he calls to talk to the kids but ends up wanting to just talk and talk to me. and when we go to get off of the phone he can't bring himself to say goodbye (story behind that is I never believed in goodbyes, I believe in always saying i love yous....) but instead theres a dead silence between the two of us like he wants to say it and he studders off with "i'll talk to you later." but there's a silence or tone that that says I dont really want to hang up and i want to tell you that i love you. :'( WTF is wrong with me!?

Turns out they could do nothing for me anyway, i go to to go through the state of S.C. fun, that only means i have to deal more with the navy :o "DRat!"
