It's what an immature person with whom you're romantically involved falls out of love witih you and doesn't have the cajone's to tell you outright. they do this due to lack of personal courage and the idea that they are somehow sparing you or letting you down easy..
Mine said a variation of the above:
"I love you but I just can't live with you"
falling in love is an uncontrollable situation...
loving is a choice, bred by commitment and caring for someone other than yourself.
personally I would like to be in a mature loving relationship with someone who has gotten past the teeny bopper idea of being 'in love'
