Re: Son's B'Day Party rjack0612: The few times we have been together she comes up when my son and I are talking and tries to act like everything is great. I usually just ignore her and don't even aknolege her presence. Then she goes and tells everytone I am rude and obnoxious and acting childish. Jesus Chr%$t, she cheated on me and left and she wants us to be friends? What gives?
Re: Son's B'Day Party jojo: plucky has hit the nail on the head its not about you or her its about your son great post.
She is trying to prove that she is more important to your son, let her tell everyone youre a child, everyone who is worth their salt knows she a lying cheat...fuck her focus on your son
Re: Son's B'Day Party bleedingheart: I agree with everyone here. It's your son's birthday, therefore it's his special day. Love him, support him and spend time with him. This day isn't about you or your STBX. It's all about your son.
As for your ex... tell her that you are unable to be her friend at this time. My ex wants the same thing. I keep it short, cordial and nonpersonal. I don't ask about her life nor do i talk about mine. I usually change the topic to our kids.
