I guess it could work, although i donno why they would stay in contact every day. There has to be some kind of pay off for it, atleast for one side I would guess they're staying in contact in hopes for a reconcilation. I think women are capable of remaining strictly friends with an ex better than a man. We're capable of separating men into friends/not friends group more easily than guys.

There are things you can deal with and there things that you will not deal with. If "seeing the ex" is something you cannot deal with, tell her. If she cannot accept that, then so be it. The only exception to this rule would be if you are truly a loser and will never find another woman again... then grin and bear it. :)
