Re: I need to remind myself of the bad... icwtsmnl: its easy to block out the bad and only remember the good (if there was any). also, when you spend enough time remembering the bad over and over and over again, it loses its potency.
its like saying cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat cat. after a while, the word sounds weird and has no real meaning.

I also, have to keep reminding myself. It does get easier....Thankfully, my days of "i miss him" are few and far between!!! YIPPEE :P
