Nice recovery! ;D

Hey man, I know how you feel about the songs reminding you of what once was. Just the other night as I was driving home, the song came on the radio that my ex and I had our first dance to. It was surprising more than anything because it's not ever been a popular song. But back to the point--I think I was numb the rest of the drive home. I didn't cry...just numb. I got home, and once I got out of the car I just didn't let it bother me anymore. Why? Well I think the evil devil is working overtime on me right now and is saying "go back to him, go back to him" and he's doing everything possible to get me to cave. It was just another one of his ploys...and I am determined to not let him win.

Hang in there! *hugz*
Re:sad clown, again? ChristyM: Marc-
I definitely know how you're feeling......

Please keep in mind that every day is a new experience and you can't begin to figure things out at this point. Just take it slow and don't rush anything. You'll get through this.

And above all else, keep ahold of anything good in your life right now. Just enjoy those "good things" you have going on. And I do think you're better off than your officemate. He probably wishes he was you :)

Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll be just fine.

Re:sad clown, again? jason: Marc;

To this day, there are things I cannot do and places that I cannot go without being reminded of what once was and is no more.

I don't miss her, but I am reminded of the things we did sometimes, and it still hurts. This is normal, and this is allowed.

Chin up. There are better days ahead for all of us.

You will be in my thoughts and my prayers tonight.

Jason
