The Nerve!!! ChrisJane: The EX got his final papers. Instead of exploding he has been nice this week.
I agreed to take him some old paper work last night after work. He calls me 5 times before I could get home and down town. He asked to borrow $50 overnight so they wouldn't turn off his electric. Hmmm, did this man care when he had my power turned off last August to force me to pay the deposit and turn it on in my name! Then he calls back and wants me to pick him up cigaretts because he was on his last one. GIVE ME A BREAK-- No, I didn't give him money. I was nice and bought a CHEAP, NASTY tasting pack of cigaretts.
I get there and he gives me the details how he literally threw his girlfriend out of his trailer, down the steps, onto the road. Hmm, anger managment class didn't help him!
Then he asks me if I would take some of his things when he leaves town to work and store for him. I could have been nice about it, but when I started home, I found flea's jumping on me and our son. Ain't none of that stuff coming to my house now!
Now he and his 2nd ex wife have conspired to give him custody of one of their three kids. Now he can go to his contempt hearing Monday, state he has custody of his son to get his support lowered. Then in a week she will take their son home with her. Then she can go to court and get her support upped because they lowered mine. I'll let my attorney handle this one!
Okay I feel better, thanks for listening!
Re:The Nerve!!! picadilly: Holy Shmoelies, CJ.
Why pay one Ex less just so you can pay another Ex more? That makes no sense & to ask that Ex for all these extras if your planning on jamming out on said payments. Stupid. no, beyond that, moronic.
& dump his crap, fleas are nasty, tell him to go on "FRONTLINE" to get rid of them before you bring your son back to his place. Just so you know, "FRONTLINE" products are flea & tick protection for your pets, he's pretty much a dog anyway.
Hang tough, your lawyers should be able to get him good.

CJ,
I am so proud of you, you beautiful grandma, with hot dates, for refusing to give him the $50. It's about time he dwindles in the hole he self destructively dug!!!!
Does he think his "poor me" breakup story is going to evoke sympathy from you? You mean he actually attended the anger management class? Impressive. A little sarcastic today; that sparked a little fury in me.
I am so glad that he is not a vital daily element in your life any longer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Take care and be safe,
LL
Re:The Nerve!!! ChrisJane: Thanks.
He and his drinking buddies are all dogs with fleas! I thought about leaving a can of flea/tick spray on his front porch :)
heck, I'm gettng myself a can just to make sure what came home with us die! I still itch. Thats just GROSS!
Bad me turned my ringer off so if he called he couldn't get through.. I figure 6 calls yesterday, 3 the day before were enough!
The child support issue. This ex has 3 kids. I have one. So they think she should get more. Well she makes more and pays no health insurance or child care. I DO...so I get double what she gets. So they are plotting to give me less so she has more. I think they are sleeping together again myself!
Re:The Nerve!!! EZ: Grandma Chris,
Hows the Grandson doing?
Is having a grandchild as special as I think it will be?
I am so very sorry to hear that your ex is still causing you grief. It just never seems to end does it?
I so hope that one day he will find his way and become a stand up guy for his children at least. If he would only want to become that person he could.
Until then my prayers are with you and your family for peace.
