:oCattle prod?? banshee: I've been trying for 3 months now to get my stbx to provide me with a date that we can go through the house so I can get an idea of how much I have left to remove, figure out what sized truck I'll need and how many people to help, etc. Also, I wanted to make sure that I hadn't forgotten about anything in the house that I'd wanted or that we'd failed to take into consideration when figuring out the assets. Can he pick a date or two in 3 months??? Of course not!
He also still hasn't removed me from the credit cards he agreed to take sole responsibility for, won't sign the document so I can get him removed from the one I have and any time I attempt to speak to him he's either too busy, has his hands full or I've just caught him at a bad time. Bottom line, I'm tired of him simply pushing me off and holding up my life.
We haven't yet filed for divorce. In NJ, the no-fault requires an 18 month separation. I'm at month 10. I would prefer not to have to file at this time. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can handle this or should I just give up, file for divorce and have my attorney deal with it (all at an amazing cost to me, of course!)????
