Crock Pot Help Chey: Ok! I've asked Dj already and he gave me some awesome links...but I'm dying here. I work very long hours, and just got a new crock pot. Do I need to do anything with it before I use it?
Anyone got any great recipes for me?

Re: Crock Pot Help alonewith2: I'm not really that ambitious to get up early and prepare a meal from scratch....even if it's for the crock pot. I shop the freezer section where someone already did the work for me! Then I just have to open bag, put in crock pot, add water, set timer, and voila....my work is done! LOL
