Good advice. Wish I reacted differently to this situation. You may want to hurt them now, but guilt will soon follow and that will add more hurt to your suffering. For now I'd say get mad, vent your anger, rage and frustration towards something else. Preferrably something that's not living or valuable enough to warrant you being arrested. I find sledge hammers and old washing machines to be extreemly therapudic.
