My ex is crazy... janee: Well another turn regarding my case. My attorney suggested for me to get spousal support from stbx. He apparenty is making 70k a year. We asked for 1000.00 payments a month. I just got a letter today from his attorney, stating he is unwilling to make payments. Now he wants to sell the house, take the dogs, and to pay off more debts. He is so psycho! A greedy person. He thinks more money will be made if the house is sold. Lets see, it was appraised at 145,000. Do the math. Of course, he was willing to settle, and I had to drag it out more. Always my fault. Now we may have to go to trial! Over a freakin house, debts, and dogs! I swear, this is never ending. >:( ???
Re:My ex is crazy... julietl66: I feel your pain. Mine took all our money and is hiding it. I think he's trying to hide other assets as well. But the kicker is, he's trying to get support from me!
I keep telling myself "Every dog has his day!" But when is that day going to come?

Even though my divorce was final March 8th, we're still battling. He is in contempt for not appearing, not paying support in full, not taking his parenting class.
Of course its my fault for not reminding him to appear, my fault he turned down work through his union.
Some of these men need a reality check and start taking their own blame!
