Chest Pains gulfcoast: I am having chest pains...started earlier today......
seems to hurt bad and then lighten up and go back...
had to pull over today it was hurting so bad...
what causes this?

Get it checked out, dude. Rule of thumb is if it incapacitates you in any way, go get looked at.

I have the same problem and I went to my doctor.
She said it's probably stress and that I should take a heart disease test later on if it gets worse.
I usually just try and calm down and it goes away.
