A combination of things, really... flyaway: 1) Well, I've found the successful candidate for my live in caregiver position. She's sweet, and wonderful, and everything that I'd hoped I'd find for my girls.
2) I'm busy learning how to build a bedroom and bathroom, and rediscovered how much I love to work with my hands....dry wall dust and all :D (read: I am a renovation goddess! )
3) I realized how much my family means to me, and how much I enjoy sending my little girl out the door with a hug and a kiss, and hearing her yell over her shoulder "I love you, mommy! "
4) I'm truly getting to the place where I do love being single....and I'm content.
5) Yeah! wooot! I'm heading out to Kicking Horse mountain resort in the BC rockies for a kick a$$ weekend of skiing, fun, and shenanigans! ;)
Ok...that's all.....Kinda reads like a gratitude journal...but hey....it's what's on my heart today.
