Re: Codependant No More Catlady: Yup this is a great book, it helped me let go of a dying relationship that then crashed and burned because I stopped trying to control my ex (before he was my ex) and stopped letting his mental problems rule my life. It was a real eye opener for me and I then went out and joined a CODA group which has been a life line since I broke up. There's certainly better ways to have a relationship than control and caretake each other - thats all we ever did and it was so unhealthy. it would be lovely to have a normal relationship and maybe after reading this I am one step closer.
