Drinking and Driving w/kids? wendieann: Is there anything I can do if I suspect that my STBXH is drinking and driving with the kids?
He had his first night unsupervised with the kids on Sat, and I find out he went to a big party with them and the OW! (I am sure to "show" off his kids, PLUS get some help from MIL who went there...)
I am worried about it. My STBXH is a very careless driver, and often falls asleep at the wheel, drinks when driving, etc...
Any suggestions???

True, but catching them is another thing.... until then, my children are at risk.... In Canada, he would just lose his licencse for a while, and the car would be impounded for 3 - 6 months... That's it... Then he would just find someone else to drive, so he can pick up the kids and drink.... >:(

And if they (THE LAW) catches him DWI with children
in the car, and all that happens is vehicle inpound then I
must say the laws suck in Canada!!
