Amazing gulfcoast: I've been gone for like 7 weeks and have paid my child support twice and now I get to see my girls next weekend.....

Live by this and you will feel great about yourself and your relationship with your girls...live each moment as if it were the last...seriously, not ot be too mushy or cheesy, but have you seen the commercial about the guy who is sword fighting in the front yard with his son???? My kids are in awe everytime that commercial comes on...
I have a daughter who has a great father (we are not together) but he also has another daughter (with a different woman) as the girls got older, he played barbies with them, babysat their dolls, etc. and once they got a little older than that, he would take them to the nail salon and have their nails painted (it only costs like $5) and they would come home and the girls would put on fashion shows for him. His mom worked at wal mart in the fitting room, he would take the girls there and let them try on all kinds of outfits (kind of like a fashion show) he didn't have a lot of money so he did what he could (he only pays me $48 a wk in support but has to pay the other mom $145 a week- I have never had it raised since she was born-she is 10- but the other mom does whenever she gets the chance)
So all I am saying if your ex has kept them away from you before, you have to treat every weekend as if it is the only weekend...who knows when she will keep them away from you again? so give them memories!!!!
