I'l say it again. Love is not a feeling. It is a decision. I do not get up and go to work everyday because "I am IN LOVE with my job".  It is a decision I make because I get something out of it and I committed myself to do it.

Now, in America, marriages are like jobs, we can find new ones. That, however, will not help you when you have to explain yourself to the almighty.

Undoubtedly, my friend, you should not have married, but you did. Stand up and be a man. Live and learn to love your wife because you love yourself to respect the VOW you made. If you turn your back on your vows, you become nothing.

SHEEPS-  seems u offer a lot of info to others but as I see it....ure here for a reason as well.....what's ure story.....i can't seem to find any about u and ure situation but u are quick to offer criticism to others.

i for one----know what I did and did not do within my marriage....suggested counseling....went to church regularly...at his suggestin...many times he was to be there with us at the same time...but u know what he never showed...u know why...he chose to have an early unday morning rendezvous with his OW, his co-worker!!  THe same woman that he then decided it was time to turn his life over to God with.  He chose to seek out spiritual as well as psychological help after the fact....after he had destroyed me and our marriage in alll ways possible.  Just the other day he sends me a message...i am on journey with the lord...wherever he leads me...whether it be back to you or not.  Too late for me.  He did not even try tomake the amends needed to work on us before filing for divorce.

Like I said in the other thread....Why should i after forgiving him, turn the other cheek to the things that he is doing now only to have him slap the other one????

Hijack over!!!

This thread stinks alright.
