Jarhead: the real thread hudson: Watched jarhead. It was good. Quite entertaining. Interesting story. Great characters.
I liked how the director didn't take sides in the war or the issue of war and military. He more or less walked the line. He showed how Marines represent honor and commitment while also being forced to give up some of their identity. He also made an effort to show some of the negative aspects of war, on an emotional level.

Re: Jarhead: the real thread bishop: Good Movie - it showed a side of military life while overseas and how they dealt with losing a girlfriend or a wife. I give a lot of respect for someone who dealt with the emotions of war plus the emotional loss of a loved one
