I go through this too. I think about his smile more than anything. But, then I recall the lies behind that smile. The lies being told to me with that voice. Our entire relationship was built on lies. I didnt really know him at all.
I also know how families can be. My family and friends are very harsh towards xh. Its very black/white to them. After everything he did to me, they think I should just be happy its over and never look back. Its hard though...a part of me will always love him. We werent supposed to be divorced. That was not part of the deal.
