Think I broke my hand toolboy: The stbxw and I got into it again last night. I got so mad and was so hurt I slugged a brick wall about 6 times.
There is some mental therapy for you. Felt good to at the time, now I can hardly move it.
Seems that its time for some phsyical therapy now. Very mature of me.

don't feel too immature....last weekend, my husband and i got into it and he kicked a cement building and no, he wasn't wearing his steel toed boots, he was wearing sneakers....his toe was nearly black with bruising. unfortunately, there isn't much to do for a broken toe.....but you DO need medical attention for a broken hand. go now!! you can't afford to let it go and possibly lose the use of it long-term.

Re: Think I broke my hand twine: toolboy you and me are one and the same, sometimes after i get off the phone with the x when trying to make arrangments to pick up my kids i get so mad at her cause she thinks she can still put me down like she did while we were married, i told her she has a new man to belittle now. After the last incident where she said i couldn't see my kids this weekend i ended up putting a couple holes in my bedroom wall, but at least it was only dry wall and it didn't hurt....I am also getting good at patching holes...keep going forward toolboy and I am here to listen and help
