what do I do now? eeyore0512: My divorce will be final this week. I will be moving into an apartment on my own, and have never been alone. All my friends are married with children. I'm now the only single one and no kids. I'm not comfortable going anywhere by myself. What am I supposed to do on Saturday nights?
Re: what do I do now? shockedandamazed: See- that is my problem, I have no problems filling up my weeknights with going to the gym, the climbing gym, even some of the happy hours and girls night out are all during the weekday.....weekend comes around and not a soul to go out with.
All my friends are married as well....they have eachother to curl up on the couch with. I went to a movie by myself once - it wasn't that bad - just haven't had the chance to do it again....
Maybe join a bowling league, pool league or dart league that meets on the weekends? Maybe I will try that too. Fnd something that interests you.
