Unless, the laws in your state are completely different than here, you should be able to get a restraining order against her, AT THE LEAST!!!! Call your local police or sheriff's dept NOW, and let them hear the msg. DO NOT ERASE IT!!!!
I know that they are taking the whole "Terroristic Threat" thing VERY serious in Texas and they will nail your ass to the wall for crap like that. If you can get a restraining order and protective order against her, she cannot come your home, and I think you can have them keep her away from you kids too. Afterall, she just threatened their mom.
I could be VERY wrong, but i really don't think that i am. Call the cops, and if they don't help, call your lawyer first thing in the morning.

I interprit this kind of thing as a violation of that verbage. At least in mine. So if it is in yours. They are violating it. threaten to bring them to court
