Best thing you can do is have no contact. Have her call a family member who will then call you to arrange visitation and such.....
Additionally, file for immediate pendente lite custody. Dont play around with her as she can try to file for temp. custody and screw you all up.....
NO CONTACT.....NO GIVING AWAY YOUR PLANS....GET CUSTODY.......STOP WORRYING ABOUT HER AND WORRY ABOUT YOU AND YOUR KIDS.
Trust me when I say that they dont give a r@ts ass about what you have to say. If she wants to see your brother with them, she will while telling you she isn't and still doing it........dont trust her......and trying to upset her does nothing but it will cause more problems
