I can't seem to say enough about that except that I gained all the weight I've been working on losing with those damn things. Now I have to workout twice as hard to feel good in my jeans again!
But it was soooooo worth it! ;D

It's been so long since I had something like that... it sunk to the bottom of my stomach!
And I had the sundae by myself today, just omitted the brownie. ::) Just way too heavy.
The weather must be nice down there now, huh? How about going out and taking some pictures?

Yeah the weather is beautiful here.. I'm gonna take my camera to the beach and do some investigative research.. seems my son has told me the beaches here are filled with college girls from UNCW. The poor things, their bodies show the ravages of all that time spent in the gym...I must go do my part for medical science ;)
