She might not even break up with you and here you are worrying for nothing. As for your relapse, you have a lot of control over how far back you go. You can let it crush you, or you can think positively and know atleast you got a chance and you tried, now you can move on without any doubts. Dont take things personally. It's not something specific about you, it's not something specific about her, but the two of you together that just doesnt work.
