Oh, this is rich. tara: We got a nasty message from J's ex last week:
"Next time you do the daycare laundry, please be sure to do that as a SEPARATE LOAD. I found a sock that was clearly not Kiddo's in her cubby when I picked her up. I shudder to think what else might have been mixed in with her linens."
Yikes...first of all...a sock? You're having a fit over a sock? (Next time, maybe we'll accidentally send a ball gag through and see what happens.) Secondly -- she did not say whether it was clearly mine or J's -- it could have been neither, and come from a third source having nothing to do with the daycare laundry.
(The daycare laundry = linens from naptime and the "emergency clothes." Not enough to even think of justifying a separate load. Plus, we have kiddo on Fridays, which means we get the daycare laundry every week and can do it how we damn well please.)
I'm reminded of this because, guess what...I'm doing my laundry and I have space in my load for the daycare stuff...now, do I say, "let J do it because it's his kid" -- no, because I am nice -- or do I say, "let's waste a ton of water and time and do it separately..." -- no, because I am NOT THAT NICE.
I usually get along with J's ex but this fussiness is annoying as hell...

A gag consisting of a rubber (or other material) ball that goes in the mouth, and a strap that wraps around the head. It's used in bondage and other fetish play.
It's also something I don't actually own.
And toolboy...a male thong is just gross...I wouldn't do that no matter who would see it.
