Re: Need Help Here ! Has Anyone Drilled a Oil Well and Homebased Oil Refinery ? no date: no it wouldn't ! all you have to do is strain the oil through a funnel with a mesh strainer and that's all you gotta do if you use wesson you can just pour it straight in but that is expensive{ what would be the point} however so far there are so few people doing this that it is still cheap or free to use...
Need Help Here ! Has Anyone Drilled a Oil Well and Homebased Oil Refinery ? How Freckles: Need Help Here ! Has Anyone Drilled a Oil Well and Homebased Oil Refinery ? How ?

Ummm….yeah okay freck…an oil refinery? Your actually starting to scare me!! LOL
Seriously though….have ya struck oil?
Just a tip here…..if all you want is your own gas…..you actually hit a layer of natural gas before you hit oil…..ixnay on the efineray….trust me…you WILL blow yourself up….Shell oil still blows up employees occasionally.
So yeah….all ya need is maybe some gravity meters to measure tiny changes in the Earth's gravitational field that just may be flowing oil, pick up a few magnetometers to measure tiny changes in the Earth's magnetic field that just may be caused by flowing oil. Then maybe a sniffer to detect the smell of hydrocarbons. Or you could go the seismology route, creating shock waves that pass through hidden rock layers and interpreting the waves that are reflected back to the surface. That’s basically it man….nothing to it.
Piece of cake really…not too sure the lawn mower water well drill will do the trick but…...if ya find anything let me know…I’ll have some equipment flown in and just take what you don’t use….best keep it hush hush though…..don’t want those environmentalists goin all crazy on our asses and environmental impact studies are a total bitch.
Come on freck! Make me rich! ;D
God I need sleep ::)
