Mon Son Is in Conselling rjack0612: The stbx signed our son up to see a shrink. Mind you when I wanted all of us to go last year she refused and stated he is fine. Anyway after his grades took a nose-dived this last report period she signed him up. I have to go with him this week.
My son stated that last visit the psych met with her alone for most of the session to find out what happened in the marriage.
My question, I am SURE she left out the part about her cheating on me. Should I tell the psych the WHOLE story?
Re: Mon Son Is in Conselling rjack0612: My current anger is because she would obviously prefer to put our son thru this and have the OM than to deal with our issues and have a healthy child. Selfish is the main word that comes to mind!!

I know you are angry, it is normal and natural. I caution you about using the counseling sassions as a way to get back at your ex. If you boy is having a hard time with the divorce, then this is for his health and well being. Leave all the fighting aside and take care of you son. It may not feel good right now but in the end he will figure it all out and he will know you did the right thing. There is no job more important than parenthood, don't let the anger cloud you judgement.
