Do I look like I would JOKE about something like this?!  :-\

Hayseed Dixie YellowJacket: Has anyone heard anything from Hayseed Dixie?  They are an AC/DC cover band (and thus their name) that plays songs in a bluegrass/country sound.

There is something funny about hearing "Highway To Hell" with a hillbilly twang.

They also do a few Kiss songs.  I don't know how famous they are.  I ran across them while searching for songs to buy on WalMart's site.
Re: Hayseed Dixie genesplicer: Ok, so you piqued my curiosity...

And they have a bunch of songs on musicmatch.

All I can say is that HOLY CRAP!  I need to go listen to the new Tool album to get that absolutely horrendous country rendition of a perfectly respectable AC/DC song OUT OF MY HEAD!

Oh, and their rendition of 'Detroit Rock City' is particularly scary...

*cringes*    :-\      :-X

[size=4pt"> Now where's Jaded and the anti-country brigade when you need them??[/size">

Re: Hayseed Dixie YellowJacket: Glad you liked them, GS!!!

Check out their version of J. Geils Centerfold.  It's cute.
