so I went on a date {starbucks} with someone I met online {as you know} and although I had a crappy day before the date began [you have no idea!} I somehow managed to look as good as I could {easy for me }..ya ok"> we talked and talked and talked which I think we both enjoyed I was never bored, I found her interesting and just basically enjoyed everything about this person looks energy vibe point of view... everything! and now your wondering ok but I think I hear a "but" coming...yep..
although everything seemed cool and I know she liked *something* about me {not to sure what}and I was totally into it! I somehow felt that she was trying NOT to tell me something {I'm just too god da**ed intuitive sometimes} a guess would be something on the lines of...I think your a pretty cool guy but your not really my type and you live too freakin' far away for this to work if you were..I wonder how accurate I am on this? {gotta be close} this seemed to be the only blemish on an otherwise really nice meeting.. except for this...the dreaded part of any date.. the awkward ending, we've all had that at some point or another right? ohh how I hate it, see this is a problem for me.. what's appropriate.. what isn't, since it's all based on body language and since I'm so acutely aware of things like that I just freeze and this was no exception unfortunately I should change my name from no date to MR. FREEZE..I mean I just came off as physically cold I think and I'm soo soo far from that! it's just that even though the girl was not repulsed by me.. I also didn't think she wanted to touch me either.. so the dated ended awkwardly.. my fault I guess.. I don't know.. for me she was perfect.. I really liked everything.. hell she even looked better in person than she did online.. she was soo what i was looking for {intuition was right on this} if she ever reads this and I doubt she will I would say I would drive 200 miles too see you..

Re: WOW! NO RANT FROM NO DATE? chaotic: Great that it went well, but I think you may be reading too much into your perceived blemish. Perhaps she was thinking about how great you are and how nice it was for you drive to see her. Maybe she was thinking too much on how to show she was interested and got so caught up with that, that she came across as if something were wrong.
You said it yourself that you feel awkward at the end of a date on whats appropriate and not, that the ending was awkward. Perhaps that is what she was thinking and accidentaly giving off the wrong vibe.
Though you do bring up a good point about appropriate endings for a date. Perhaps a new topic?????
