Re: Need help bad. -Custody LNC: I am not famiiliar with how the system works in Idaho but maybe if you talk to the School Administrators and advise them of the situation they can assist you in getting sole custody. School personel especially the teachers can tell when the kids are with you and your ex. They can testify as to hygiene, dress attire, preparedness, etc.
No. 1 thing to do is contact an attorney to get the ball moving.
