Re: No dating for 5 years...whats changed? so cruel: Well...I got pulled into a different location across the street from where I work...I saw her and it was kind of weird, but I think it was mostly me...Didnt have much of a chance to talk to her, and when I did, I could feel my own walls stopping me from just being myself.  She told me that she had a hickey for mothers day, I didnt think I  have given one of those since I was about 14!!!  When we did talk about friday night it was brief, but seemingly positive.  I talked to one of my female friends about it, and she seems to think that woman like to be pursued, and if I am going to err on any side it is on the side of calling too much, and continuing to let the fact that I am interested show through.  She said that with women especially, they like to be reaffirmed that there is interest, especially after a physical encounter.  I thought I was clear as to how I felt about her, but she seemed to say that it wasnt enough.  I also worry about letting my own walls impede any advancement of our relationship.  Any thoughtss from you females or experienced males?  By the way...I am no too concerned about the fact that we work together.  It is my second job, and we have a pretty good foundation of friendship, so things shouldnt spiral out of control too bad....I will see her again tonight, do we will see...

Re: No dating for 5 years...whats changed? feelin lost: First and foremost maintain the "friendship" that started at work, don't let any awkwardness get in the way.  The only other advice I would give would be to stick with the track your on.  Let her know your interested in another date and then leave it up to her.
Good Luck!
