Re: Just Great startingover: Evidently the violin is not as nice as my father made it out to be. It's worth only worth about half of what he paid for it.
The damage can be repaired, so that's what I'll do for the time being. If I had the extra money, I would just get her a new one. Wish in one hand............
She's got TAG camp coming up, and all three kids need summer clothes, my hospital bill showed up, my jeep needs maintenance work, etc. A new violin is just not in the budget right now.
Re: Just Great jillieb44: Can you rent a violin? Many music stores do this. Though for the long haul it may be cheaper just to buy one. Depends on what size she needs and how fast she's growing.
