update on knee LostTeacher: so...i just got my MRI results on my knee.
i have officially torn my ACL.
anyone that knows anything about anatomy, knows that it's a bad injury.
now...i have to go on the waiting list for surgery.
because it's not an emergency, and it's not stopping my function of walking, it's not a priority.
that means, a wait of up to 6 months before going in.
i am slightly bummed out right now.
sucks.

Re: update on knee sheeps: I'll chime in as an ignorant American, and I understand the delays for such routine, yet serious, procedures under your Health Plan.
But, I would gladly support universal Health Care for the United States. We (Americans) are truly some of the most ignorant people in the world. We love Social Programs but hate socialists.

i am not as upset today....but it still bugs me. i am an active person, and this idea of not being able to do sports for a while is bugging me.
i will get going on other working out, but i just want to get this taken care of.
i was so hoping that it wasn't going to be my ACL......guess it just can't go my way.
