Do I Really Want To Know thehitekrednek: There are questions in my head, intimate questions, that I want to ask my wife during this reconciliation. The answers could sting, so do I ask and deal with the sting? Or do I let it go?
Re: Do I Really Want To Know yella: Hey Spike -
You're working hard at putting your marriage back together, so the best thing to do is take one question at a time, and ask her during your counselling session. The answers could very well sting, but at least there will be an unbiased party there as a buffer if things get out of hand.
But the one thing you have to remember is this... you've been separated, so there are some things that she may not want to discuss with you. She may feel pressured and that will get you no where, so talk to her first and see how she feels about answering such questions. Then tread carefully.

Let it go..knowing seems like the best thing to do because you want to know answers and get some kind of closure to a bad situation..
however..
knowing certain things will only lead to further resentment, disillusionment and comparing yourself to 'him' and serve to give you more agidah!
Let it go.. either accept what happended and be grateful for the opportunity to reconcile, or press for full disclosure and build yourself an unconscious wall around your heart, while giving your SO more guilt to deal with..
Remember.. it's all about unconditionall love, buddy.

Re: Do I Really Want To Know C-Note: Congradulations, didn't know about your good news. I don't think interrogating her during the make-up stage is ever any good. The questions may cause more damage then the answers are worth. Id say bite your tongue and focus on today and tomorrow, not yesterday.
