the hardest thing for me to do was to stop talking to my wife. I am not going to lie and say that I didnt do it often. I slipped dozens of times. It's gotten to the point that we dont speak unless we are doing the pick up, drop off or at family functions.......
You know you are "feel"ing better when you stop asking Who, What, Where and Why.
That's the key! Just try to accept it and ignore the assmunch.

Re: Why would he let her????? sosad05: Feel...I understand your pain. I agreed to 2-(3) hr visits during the week and one overnight every other week. Its a pain in the a*s. I hate having to see him 3 times a week. It still makes me sick. I just loved the first time he sported his new wedding ring. I just have to keep reminding myself its good for the kids to be able to see their dad as much as possible. Its not about me.
