Thank you for this work which is of tremendous benefit to OIT's SB Group. I am sure with your completed work in IMGT 497, the SB Group will pass the audit for this parameter.
You have been an excellent student with frequent communication and corrective action. Your grade is an "A". for IMGT 496
As you know, I had reservations about the academic nature of this project and was hoping that you would have followed with the six sigma office lay out improvement approach. However, I do retract that personal desire in lieu of this work.
IMGT 497 will require you to finish the project and to self report on the success of your outlined objectives. In addition, I suggest that you go as deep as you can in academic references tied to the concepts that you have applied.
Dr. S will be an excellent instructor to assist you.
Attached are the two documents that you provided.

I was just amazed by his response as he is heavy on critism. The best I have ever received from this professor in the past is "That will do."
