As you know, I had reservations about the academic nature of this project and was hoping that you would have followed with the six sigma office lay out improvement approach. However, I do retract that personal desire in lieu of this work.

Six Sigma, eh?  THE Six Sigma?  I'm impressed that it was part of your curriculum.  Did you not use it at all then? It's a fascinating theory.
Re: An E-Mail From My Professor startingover: No Date ~ My senior project was originally supposed to be a "lean design" for the office where I work utilizing Six Sigma concepts and theories.  My boss decided a complete rework of the Policies and Procedures Manual was more important due to the annual accreditation coming up in September.

Juggernaut ~ Six Sigma is not part of the curriculum here.  They focus on Lean Production and TQM using some Six Sigma concepts.  I did a technical report on Six Sigma last year and am looking into certification after I graduate.  The next step in my senior project is to apply appropriate theories and concepts into the work I have done.
