Hard Candy MikeB: ...what a sick, sick little movie...
I actually thought this movie was more of a horror movie than Saw (I or II)...
This is the kind of movie that really messes with your mind.
Okay.. so the plot is a little too exaggerated.... but the movie is surpremely acted, directed and produced...
IMO it focussed a little too much on her - they would have had to make the viewer hate him more....
But Ellen Page acted so convincingly.... I hated her role... I really really hated her... I mean I hated him alright... but she was just despicable...
And actually I would have liked to feel about the same amount of disgust towards the pedophile and the troturer (okay "torturess")....
Anyway... don't watch this movie unless you know what you're up for... a gut-wrenching horror movie... not much really graphic violence... but this movie messes with your mind...
