I get joked on a lot about this, but seriously, take some benedryl of something of the sort, and head to bed early. That's what I do when I'm done with a day. It's kind of like comfort food for me.
Ok, I just realized how totally insane that sounds, but hey, it works!

Another problem... This day is far from over yet for me since I only woke up in the afternoon... :(
