Another online dating topic ! stuckinct: Hi All
Just a question for everyone who has ever done the online dating thing.
Is dating/seeing each other, whatever they call it these days, lol, for 4 months too soon to ask about only seeing each other?
This person works crazy hours, has 2 exwives, 4 kids and no time off really (I know...red flag city) but after talking everyday and our dates, I've grown to have strong feelings for him. After a hurtfull discussion of whether or not we are seeing other people and the response "I don't know"....which I know is basically "I'm leaving my options open" I broke it off, he wasn't happy, said I was ending it before it became anything too serious with the fear of getting hurt (maybe? ???). But why wait around and wait for the words "I've been seeing someone else I like better."
It was so a hard decision and I'm questioning myself but someone who isn't sure if they want to see other people and still has a personal ad up obviously wasn't as into as myself..........am I over-reacting or right on?
Male opinions greatly apprecaited !!!!! lol

looks like he might be good a t getting folks to "have strong feelings for him" i don't know, I can tell you I would need exclusivity after a heck of a lot less time than four months. opinion= your not overreacting this guy is in it for himself.

Re: Another online dating topic ! superwife: Well, I'm not a guy (duhhhh), but for once, I have to agree with no date :o. After four months?? I don't think you're asking for too much. And the 'I don't know' answer, that kind of raises the red flag for me.
And does he really work crazy hours, and have no time to go out?? Sorry, doesn't sound Kosher to me. :-\
