Re: Newbie here Maximus: Welcome to the rest of your life as a newly free person. We have all been through a similar pain to what you are experiencing right now. I dont want to ever think where I would be, or what direction my life would have taken if it wasnt for the support of our kind hearted ojar members.
Trust me that your pain will ease, but you need to let it out. If you need to cry - cry, if you need to scream and yell profanities - do it......(preferably in a confined area where nobody can hear you - and NOT around the kids.
Take a divorced parenting class as soon as you can - it will help you out tremendously.
Re: Newbie here anewday: Welcome to the boards. I am so sorry you have had to find yourself here. In these first few days, find a friend or family member you cvan trust and really talk to them. Call them every 15 minutes if you need to. Don't be ashamed to reach out for help. We're here for you.
